The beauty of traveling is that you will always, always learn something. Of course, that lesson might not be the lesson you set out to learn–but still, learning happens on the road. And so, it is my intention to highlight–whenever possible–the lessons that I learn when traveling. These will be scattered throughout all of my posts, and is part of what puts the ‘scholar’ in The Suitcase Scholar.
But there are all kinds of lessons–some more formal than others. And so, whenever I find an actual academic-style lesson in my travels, I will post an actual lesson plan that are intended to help parents traveling with their children increase the educational value of their trip.
